Is it expected behavior for the program to endlessly indicate "Analyzing..." when I attempt to remove a source. I have my photos in folders by year and subfolders by month.  I initially attempted to remove the entire archive as a source but it endlessly indicated "Analyzing..." in the activity monitor.  I then attempted to  merely remove one year (year 2009) as a source and it also says "Analyzing..." for hours in the Activity Monitor.  There are only about 20K images in year 2009.  I am on a Mac Studio M2 where the catalog is based and the photos are on a Fedora linux share which is connected to the Mac Studio via a thunderbolt cable.  I am unclear what is happening such that the program doesn't immediately remove a source.  Is this expected behavior?  Thanks.
