I recently moved my Apple Photos Library from one external SSD to another, and now it always shows offline and has the yellow resync icon. If I run a Deep Sync, it will turn green momentarily, then turn red again and show as offline. The drive is online and accessible, and it has three watch folders on the same drive that all show as online. The drive is formatted APFS, the file is set as a system library, and the iCloud Photos setting is set to "Download Originals to this Mac." Any suggestions?
