Hello, I have been testing Peakto for a few days and was really hoping that this would be the solution I was looking for. 

Unfortunately I experienced many issues that made me rethink the software.

From crashes, to bad query results (face), to loosing damaging my Peakto Lib and keeps stuck in a loop , making to hard to use. 

After ingesting a few drives, the app crashed and looks like I have to recreate my library. Luckily, I was only in testing mode, I can't believe the frustrated this would be after opening many days of adding data to the library.

Then I went online to check the support and user forms ... IS THIS A JOKE?

So little data and items from years ago that have been unanswered or in progress?

How can a user take this software seriously?

Now it looks like they’re working on version v3 while version 2.8.x is still having so many issues.

Like to receive some feedback from users, wondering how many users use these forms and tech support topics.

Also ... as a new user .. I have found the getting started PDF and the online resources a joke! much is so outdated , why even leave it on the website to make things even more confusing.

Anyway ... looking forward to some feedback from the community ..
