Is there a way to identify "golden hour" and/or "blue hour" photos across all catalogues/libraries using the Peak To AI or filters?

The Styles AI filter does a reasonably good job to identify night photos (a few false positives) and so im looking for a similar filter for golden hour or blue hour styled photos.
