Hi. I have just starrted using Peakto and am very impressed. I like the AI search, which does a fairly good job on identifying images, though in my searches there have been a bunch of false positives. (which of course mnakes me wonder about false negatives.) But I'n sure the AI will continue to get better.
For my use case, two critical featues are missing:
1. The ability to create a user's list of keywords to apply to images. Ideally, the list would be created in two ways: from entries made in the kjeyword field and from a window where the user could add keywords thery know they will use., Then, when you start typing a keyword, suggestions would pop up to choose from. This would save a lot of typing time plus eliminate misspelled keywords.
2. The ability to export a list of data about the selected files, rather than only being able to export the images. I'd imagine a CSV file with filename and path at minimum, which options for other fields. MY use ffor this would be in identifying clips to put into a video. I use Davinci Resolve, so I want to build my media pool from a list like this. Then I'm directly referencing the original files. (Of course, a good added feature would be to directly drag a list into Resolve and have the media available.
I've been searching along time in Windows and Mac for a catalog program that handles both images and video. I think Peakto is it.
Thanks for reading.
