Widgets are not new to macOS...but they are making a great come-back with macOS 14 (Sonoma) this fall.

The main difference with previous versions, is that widgets can now be permanently displayed on your desktop and the OS smartly handles there presence using specific color/dimming effects.

If there are some widgets that you would want us to develop for Peakto, this space is for you. Here are some ideas

- an album widgett: display 1 image (changing) from a specific Peakto album -> clic opens Peakto on that content

- a panorama category widget: display 1 image (changing) from a specific Panorama category (e.g Architecture) -> clic opens Peakto on that content

- a stat widget with insights about your catalogs in Peakto
