Synchronisation question and watched folder question

Hello, I have start a 7-day trial of Peakto. And I am not really sure how to work with it. 

My photos are mostly in a Lightroom catalog, but I don't use really Lightroom features except for cataloging photos. So I thought Peakto might replace it, since it is quite performant to find photos.

So I added my lightroom catalog, but I don't get really how the sync works. There is sometime a yellow circle with arrow inside, so I think I should resync the folder (BTW tooltip would be great !). But each time, it restarts all the AI Computation (like extract text from video audio, with takes a very long time). Is it the normal behaviour ?

My second question is about watched folders. I want to get rid of Lightroom and put my folders / subfolders hierarchy in a watched folder in Peakto (basically, I will add the "photos" folder that contains all the subfolders with are : Photos/Year/Month/photos.jpg) But if I understand correctly, I can't import photo directly with Peakto. When I get new photos, I will have to create the new folders by myself and put the photos inside and then resync the folder ? Is it correct ?

Also if I delete a photo in the finder system, will it be reflected in Peakto ? I am not sure, because I tried and I get an error, but I didn't undersand why (the photos where in the Peakto Garbage too).
