Comment envoyer votre Identifiant de machine lorsque le support vous le demande

Parfois, nous devons être en mesure de vous trouver dans notre base de données d'essai pendant que vous testez encore Peakto, par exemple lorsque vous essayez de prolonger la période d'essai.
Parce que nous ne demandons pas d'e-mail lors du démarrage d'un essai, la seule identification que nous avons est l'ID de votre Mac.
Si nous demandons cet identifiant, voici comment le trouver :
  1. Choisissez Menu Apple -> À propos de ce Mac et accédez aux informations système
  2. Vous pouvez également rechercher "Informations système" à l'aide de Spotlight
  3. Cela lancera l'application "Informations système".
  4. Sélectionnez la section Matériel à gauche
  5. Dans le panneau d'information, sélectionnez la valeur du champ Hardware UUID et envoyez-la nous.
