What can i do if "Edit in Lightroom" doesn't open the selected image ?

To open the right picture in Lightroom, Peakto install automatically a Lightroom plugin when you launch it.
But sometimes, when you want to use "Edit in Lightroom", Peakto launch the right catalog but, don't select the accurate Picture.

At first you can we check if the Peakto Lightroom plugin is installed.
To do that you must open Lightroom Classic and go to the menu File/Plugin Manager:

After that check if the plugin is present and enabled.

if it is not enabled, just clic on enable Button and quit Lightroom. It should works.
If it's not present, it's possible that your Lightroom setup is not configured like we think it is.
To help us to solve the problem, you can check the content of this folder:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/

To do that launch the Finder,  use the menu Go / Go to Folders...  and  past "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/".

You should have a "Modules“ sub folder.

In this folder you should find all the Lightroom plugins. If the "peakto-opener" plugin is not available, contact our support team.
