Photo Summary
Would a summary of an image be handy to anyone? (As shown in attached image). This is similar to Capture One.
XMP Face Tags
Picasa, Digikam, Immich, Tonfotos, etc. all use XMP to write the face data to XMP sidecars. Being able to read the sidecar file for faces, and the images themselves for embedded data, would save a lot of time for images that used the more standardized
Keyword training
As an architectural photographer, I frequently get requests for images of particular rooms (kitchens, bathrooms, closets, etc) or containing particular things (windows, sinks, bathtubs, wall ovens, etc.). This is more specific than what Peakto's AI keywording
Names/Faces with Numbers
For organizational purposes some names have Arabic numbers appended to them. Numbers are currently not possible, but would be useful.
Sort By Similarity
Might be really handy. I use Peakto for a large database of Midjourney images, and sometimes it's days or weeks between similar or repeated image generations. Sorting by any of the usual methods doesn't group similar images particularly well in my use
Peakto New Feature Request: Please add Adjusted badge to Grid View Options
In Apple Aperture grid view, we can see a badge that indicates an image was adjusted. This is very helpful when viewing images in a project. You have recently added a filter for Adjusted Media in Peakto, I would like to see the badge indicating this on
Photo Summary
Hello, I still think the photo summary on the bottom right column is in a bad spot. It blocks vital information for no reason, where lots of scrolling needs to be done. I, personally, would rather have an option to move this to the top left side, so I
So Far, So Good...
I've been playing with Peakto for two days. Lots of fun! I like: - Relatively easy setup and ingestion. For the first time ever I know exactly how many pics I have on my computer (137 654). Then I saw that's not counting my Apple photos, so add another
Export Filename based on meta-data fields
I would like to name files based on meta-data fields (e.g. exif, iptc, ai). Please bring this feature to the export dialog, when "custom name" as naming option is selected.
Create collections in Lightroom from Peakto
Probably a hundred reasons why this can't happen but I figured I'd suggest it anyway. The power of Peakto is gathering photographs together using AI instead of metadata. It's very powerful in that regard and can find photos that I failed to add GPS metadata
Add a shortcut for "Show master image in Finder"
It would be great to have a simple shortcut to "Show master image in Finder". I often lose a bit of time when searching for this option in the right-click menu, when I think it should be one of the first options to show up.
Panoramas and HDRs are not "Instants"
A series of similar photos for panoramas, stacks and HDRs are not "Instants". I wish there was a recognition of these use cases (by similarity and time stamps?) and a way to group them differently from instants. Possible? :-)
Filter by aspect ratio
Hi, It would be great to be able to filter images by a certain aspect ratio. For example, I like shooting in 65:24 so I'd like to be able to retrieve these pictures instantly. I think it would be useful for a lot of people, even with more "standard" aspect
Filtering images
I just had to filter a lot of my dumb stable diffusion creations, and I discovered that while I can, for example, filter by favorites, I cannot filter by non-favorites. I was tagging the ones I wanted to keep and not the ones I wanted to delete, and I
Option to filter images by clicking on keyword tag
It would be useful if you could click on a keyword in the keyword section to show all images with this keyword. E.g. click on the keyword 'Architecture' to have Peakto show all images with this keyword.
Your workflows with ON1 and how Peakto can support them.
We are considering adding support for ON1 Photo Raw in a similar way that we support DXO (via workspaces). We are eager to hear your thoughts about ON1 + Peakto : - how Peakto could help you in your workflows with ON1 - what kind of bi-directional integration
Fullscreen mode
Hello Would be great to pixel-peep in a real fullscreen mode like in Photo Mechanic Plus. Regards Yvan
Expansion on Color filtering
Would love the ability to filter by No Color Label (Clear). And would also love to see a small square or some sort of indicator icon for the color label while in grid view.
Option to select image currently selected in Capture One (or other applications)
While Peakto has an option to open an image in Capture One (or other applications), it would be useful to have an option in Peakto to select the image currently selected in Capture One, for instance if you wanted to annotate this image or add it to an
Support for Apple Live Photos
Would be good to view a "Live Photo" in the Apple Library as well as a Watched Folder. I'm sure this will come when you implement movies in Peakto...
Image Asset Preservation capability
I've used a number of photo editors over the years moving from iPhoto to Aperture to Lightroom to Capture 1 Sony Edition, and through several Luminar versions. I've settled on using Photos and iCloud with originals kept on my Apple Silicon iMac to ensure
Please add ability to zoom with mouse
Right now, as far as I can tell, you can zoom in/out using the slider at the bottom. When the image is zoomed in, the image moves vertically while scrolling and horizontally when holding down the shift key while scrolling. Please use the mouse wheel/scroll
Keyboard Shortcuts to control viewer zoom
Please add keyboard shortcuts like Z to toggle between fit-to-screen and zoom to 100% and Command-Plus and Command-Minus to zoom viewer in and out respectively.
Image Filename Position
Hi, Just an idea on Image Filename Position
Image shadow on outside of image
I like the faint, mirrored image on the outside of the image, if you know what I mean, but on images like .pxd where background is cut out, this is shown around the main subject, on the inside of the image. Looks good but I find it distracting to what
Peakto as a substitute for some other DAM (feature request)
Hello Matthieu and team! What is this about? Make Peakto the place of truth and overcome third party catalogues/libraries by replacing them with a full blown native Peakto catalogue. As a user of some other DAM system I want to migrate completely to Peakto,
Option to hide Property Panel sections you don't use
Would it be possible to add an option to hide Property Panel sections you don't use (e.g. Instagram)?
Option to exclude subfolders from a watched folder
It would be useful to have an option to exclude subfolders from specific watched folders.
Panorama view: Black & White
In Panorama view you can sort images by colour, but as far as I can see there's option for black & white images. This would be useful.
Synchronize metadata for specific images
It would be useful if there was an option to synchronize metadata for specific (selected) images.
Overlays
Would a more transparent (less opaque) overlay that blends in with the thumbnail look better, without being impractical?
Nice to have features
Please consider the following: Add rollover info on icon to let one know what it does, Add "unsupported" when trying to open a file with an external app or extension that is not supported, Consider showing zoom value under "zoom slider". I would like
[PEAKTO] Add choice to edit file in other editors
Hi all !! Hi there, I have just adopted Peakto which will surely replace FastRawViewer advantageously in my photographic workflow. My collection is based on a NAS share in which my photos are classified by theme in folders. In this case, Peakto only offers
