Entire Lightroom Classic Catalogue reports as Virtual Copies

I've spent the majority of the trial period importing my Lightroom Classic catalogue (v15.5) with over 600,000 photos.

I thought it was strange that I couldn't edit many of the IPTC fields then read that Peakto doesn't support editing IPTC fields of Virtual Copies.. When I looked at the images in Peakto (v27.10), every single image is listed as "source type: Lightroom Classic Virtual Copy" - which simply isn't true.

Why does it think every image is a virtual copy? How do I get it to recognise the images as Masters?
